Kirchseeon, 04.08.2025 - HÖRMANN lndustries GmbH announces that HÖRMANN Intralogistics GmbH has signed an agreement to sell 100% of the shares in HÖRMANN Energy Solutions GmbH (HES). The sale is to a locally based and experienced consortium of entrepreneurs. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price or details of the contract. The contract was implemented with effect from August 1, 2025.
The decision to sell is the result of careful consideration of the options and follows the strategic focus on our core competencies in our Intralogistics division. Johann Schmid-Davis, CFO of the HÖRMANN Group, comments as follows: "The sale of HÖRMANN Energy Solutions GmbH is a further step for the HÖRMANN Group on the way to concentrating on its core competencies in the four business areas Automotive, Communications, Intralogistics and Engineering."
About HÖRMANN Energy Solutions GmbH:
HÖRMANN Energy Solutions plans to generate annual sales in the mid-single-digit million range in 2025 with around 35 employees. HÖRMANN Energy Solutions specializes in the installation of and after-sales service for roof-mounted PV systems with a strong focus on B2C customers.
