The HÖRMANN Group has successfully placed its new corporate bond with a total volume of € 50 million. There was strong demand for the 2023/2028 bond from institutional investors in Germany and abroad as well as from private investors. The fixed annual interest rate was set at 7.0% as part of the bookbuilding process.

Johann Schmid-Davis, CFO of the HÖRMANN Group, emphasizes: "We would like to thank the investors for the trust they have placed in us and are very pleased about the great interest. The result reinforces our reputation as a reliable and established issuer and partner. We also see our strategic decision to permanently anchor the capital market as a financing component in our company confirmed once again. With the 2023/2028 bond, we will continue to rely on a diversified financing structure in the future and will further develop our four successful business divisions in a targeted manner."

The net issue proceeds of the new bond after conversion will be used to refinance the outstanding 2019/2024 bond, which will be redeemed early by September 30, 2023 at the latest.
