Expansion of the HÖRMANN Management Board
Kerstin Schreiber will be appointed to the Management Board of HÖRMANN Industries GmbH as of May 1, 2026.
HÖRMANN Industries GmbH announces personnel changes in the company management, with which the long-term further development of the HÖRMANN Group will be driven forward in a targeted manner. On May 1, 2026, Kerstin Schreiber will be appointed to the Management Board of HÖRMANN Industries GmbH in addition to her existing function as Spokeswoman of the Management Board of Funkwerk AG. With this step, the HÖRMANN Group is completing the reorganization of its holding management in order to optimally position the group of companies for the upcoming future tasks.
The Chairman of the Advisory Board of the HÖRMANN Group, Andreas Albath, emphasizes: "The appointment of Kerstin Schreiber to the HÖRMANN Industries Management Board is a logical step to further develop cooperation within the Group. Especially at this point in time, when we are reorganizing the management of the holding company as a whole. Our clear goal is to align this cooperation in such a way that sustainable added value is created for both companies - strategically and operationally."
