HÖRMANN magazine "mittendrin" with a focus on communication at eye level
You cannot "not communicate": Everything we say and even what we don't say is a form of communication. Whether we express something in words with a certain tone of voice (verbal communication) or whether we express something through facial expressions, gestures or body language (non-verbal communication), our conversation partner will interpret it and will be unconsciously influenced by their cultural background, personal experience or current emotional state. This shows us how complex and difficult communication can be.
In this issue of mittendrin, we look at the key topic of "communication" from different angles: What do we need to consider for good communication? How can we learn to communicate even better? How do employees perceive the communication culture in the HÖRMANN Group?

The value "eye level" in the HÖRMANN value system emphasizes that communication with respect and appreciation is an important guiding principle in the HÖRMANN Group. Fair, trusting communication shapes our corporate culture - and is an important key to the success of our company.
