HÖRMANN Automotive Saarland in St. Wendel has been working with CLAAS on the development and production of cladding parts for the new JAGUAR 1000 forage harvester since 2022.

This second order from CLAAS for HÖRMANN Automotive builds on a successful partnership since 2012, which has been characterized by innovative solutions and outstanding results.

The two companies worked closely together early on in the development phase to optimize the design to ensure subsequent manufacturability, especially in the forming process - a crucial step in meeting CLAAS' high quality standards. In October 2025, HÖRMANN Automotive started series production and assembly, including just-in-sequence delivery directly to the production line for the new JAGUAR 1000.

This joint project once again underlines the innovative strength and ability to work in partnership that characterizes both companies. Both contribute to making the CLAAS JAGUAR 1000 a leading model in the field of forage harvesters
