TEASER: Reliably transporting components from station to station at the right times is extremely important in maximising the efficiency of highly automated production lines. NTN Antriebstechnik GmbH, based in the town of Gardelegen, contracted HÖRMANN Automationsservices GmbH to link up the various workstations on two new production lines for the assembly of cars with internal combustion engines.

In the 2019 financial year, HÖRMANN Services took on the complete handling of the automation of an assembly line for electric cars, from planning to installation and commissioning of the entire fluid supply installation at an OEM’s assembly facility.
