CEO
Dr. Dirk Erik Loebermann
Dr. Dirk-Eric Loebermann studied mechanical engineering at RWTH Aachen University and then completed his doctorate in business administration at TU Dortmund University. In addition, he completed further studies at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and the Ivey Business School.
His professional career has taken him to various international industrial companies. Before joining the HÖRMANN Group, he was a member of the Management Board (COO) of Eppendorf SE. Previously, he held board positions at Festo SE & Co. KG and Rohde & Schwarz GmbH & Co. KG. In these roles, his responsibilities included global strategy and transformation programs, the use of digital technologies and the development of new, innovative business models.
On 1 April 2026, Dr Dirk-Eric Loebermann took over the position of CEO of the HÖRMANN Group.

Anna Hörmann
Anna Hörmann graduated from the Technical University of Munich (TUM) with a degree in business administration with a strong focus on engineering. She began her professional career in management consulting. She has been part of HÖRMANN Industries GmbH since October 2018 and was initially responsible for corporate strategy and development.
In March 2022, Anna Hörmann became Managing Director of HÖRMANN Warnsysteme GmbH. And since April 1, 2026, Anna Hörmann has been a member of the Management Board of HÖRMANN Holding.
CFO
Johann Schmid-Davis
The business administration graduate has been active in various commercial functions in the HÖRMANN Group for 18 years. After working as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at the HÖRMANN subsidiary Funkwerk AG from 2009 to 2013, he joined HÖRMANN Holding as Head of Finance and has been CFO of HÖRMANN Industries since 2015.

Kerstin Schreiber
Kerstin Schreiber has been responsible for the development of the Funkwerk Group for over 20 years. After training as a tax clerk, she completed a degree in business administration.
On May 1, 2026, Kerstin Schreiber was appointed to the Management Board of HÖRMANN Holding in addition to her existing role as Spokeswoman of the Executive Board of Funkwerk AG.
